US Shipping: Items
are shipped by priority mail unless otherwise stated. During free shipping
sales, items are shipped first class mail. Bangle bracelets or/and arts
products over $50 are insured. If they are damaged in shipping, you will be
provided the insurance receipt to claim compensation.
Priority mail: $4.95
Insurance: $1.25 for $50, $2.25 for $100, and $4 for $200. |

Returns |

Bracelets: A
bracelet that you can't wear because it doesn't fit is not going to make you
happy, so you need contact us immediately if you want to exchange for
another size. Buyer will be responsible for shipping for the return and the
exchange. Exchange must be completed within 10 days.
Many sellers do not allow returns for bangles. The
reason for this is that sometimes they are returned with damage. Please
choose your bangle bracelet carefully and contact us if you have any
questions.
We double check the bangles before We ship it to make
sure they do not have cracks. If they are damaged in shipment, we will
provide you with the insurance receipt so you can make a claim. We ship
bangles priced higher than $50 insured. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience
that may be caused because we will not accept returns of bangles that are
claimed to be cracked when they Are received.

Other Returns |

If you must return an item, you
need to contact us prior to returning for an authorization. Buyer is
responsible for shipping charges. Return must be completed within 10 days.
There is a 15% processing fee for returned items (except for bangles - see
above). If you send us an item that was not purchased from our store and
ask for refund, we will keep the item for 25 days before disposing of it.
If we receive a damaged item, we will not issue a refund. We check every
item before we ship it, and it is shipped to you exactly as
described. |
